Thinking Too Much

I know I think way too much. I over analyze just about everything and I do what I can to control it. But today, today I said something aloud to someone that made me realize this and I hate that I've realized it. It will be a long time before I give my heart to anyone again. Before I allow someone to hold it close and either take it for what it's worth or break it. And I HATE that I've realized that.
